PROJECTS

Lake Superior Community Health and Wellness Center
The Lake Superior Community Health and Wellness Center project is a proposed 30,000+ square foot resource hub that will function as headquarters for Lake Superior Community Health Center by providing universally accessible, affordable family medicine for adults and children, dentistry, counseling, psychiatry, chiropractic services and more for St. Louis County, Carlton County, and the surrounding region. The facility will provide wellness activities for all ages, space for non-profits, access to wrap-around community support for all who need it, as well as adequate space for the Spirit Valley Center to provide after-school programming. This economic development project is set to spark a 30-million-dollar investment in one of Duluth's historic neighborhoods.

IRVING PROJECT
RiverFront Community Development envisions a growing collaborative of neighborhoods, residents, organizations, businesses, philanthropic foundations, and non-profits working to ensure intentional equitable investments in the western district neighborhoods for a resilient,
sustainable and vibrant Riverfront Community.
